For Throwback Thursday we are featuring the Delta Academy at the Judge Enrique H. Peña Juvenile Justice Center in El Paso, TX. Readers may remember that Delta Academy won the Governor’s Trophy last year with their ‘Angry Birds’ float . We have recently obtained pictures of some of the transformation of the “Space Shuttle” float entered in the 2015 Thanksgiving Day Parade that won them the General’s Trophy. Awesome!
