Mill Creek Unveils 2nd Largest Mural in EP History
Mill Creek Youth Center in Ogden, UT recently unveiled their new 2250 square foot mural “Doors To New Opportunities”. The youth did over 80% of the painting working with Emanuel to create this beautiful Mural of Hope. “Broken Boy” Wins Grand Prize
