Art Helps Youth with No Visitors for Holidays

El Paso Constructs Dragon Head for Local Production of “Shrek”
Girls from El Paso Juvenile Detention Center (Girl Scout Troop 608) constucted this beautiful dragon for el Paso’s Local “Kids and Company” ” Shrek” Production. They were recognized in their flier and did an awesome job.
